Rising Dragons, Soaring Bananas
The fourth annual Going Bananas conference held in Auckland. A great line-up of speakers will present their stories on 18 and 19 July at this popular event.
Rising Dragons, Soaring Bananas is the fourth incarnation of the original Going Bananas conference that originated in 2005.
Dubbed the ‘Banana Conference’, the annual event promises to challenge perceptions of what it means to be Chinese and usually presents an illustrious stable of speakers. This year’s list includes law specialist Mai Chen, real estate phenomenon Don Ha, Weta Digital animator Victor Huang, fashion designer Natalie Chan and architect Ron Sang.
Presented by the New Zealand Chinese Association Auckland Inc. (NZCA) and the International Society for the Studies of Chinese Overseas (ISSCO), the Rising Dragons, Soaring Bananas Conference is held on 18 and 19 July this year at the University of Auckland School of Business.
